Abstract

Until recently, there was no single system of accreditation of gifted and talented children in the world. Different countries used different systems of training, testing and selection of highly capable children for their further education and promotion to international structures. The Council for the International Certification of Gifted and Talented Children for the first time set the task to unite all national systems of certification of highly capable children. And create a single standard for the promotion of talented children in the International Talent Reserve.
